Sound Baths

I hold regular Sound Baths across West Wales, which are approximately 2 hour long events, within which you get to lie down, relax, and receive an hour long sound journey.

l will weave together multiple instruments to guide you into a resonant healing experience, which can dissolve blocked energies, totally relax the nervous system, and bring you into realignment as you are immersed in the intentional vibrations of love and light. I invite everyone to work with a personal intention for healing, so don’t underestimate the power of a Sound Bath for transformation and empowerment…
